Saunders)How we can support your business with Coaching:To enable managers to work more effectively (both as individuals and as teams) Coaching is different from consultancy, it focuses on individuals, not business systems, but Coaching will impact on and improve the results of the business through the changes made by the individuals. How does Business Coaching work?Your Coaching will take place on a regular basis, usually face-to-face but also by telephone where appropriate. The first session will be detailed to establish your goals and priorities, from there on each session will focus on specific areas of your plan and will build on the previous sessions.The sessions can be as frequent as every week or as widely spaced as every 3 weeks and usually last 1- 1.5 hours. You decide what works best for you and how quickly you want the results. A programme can encompass any number of sessions dependent upon your requirements. You will keep the same Coach throughout the programme so that you can build trust and understanding to help you make progress. We can Coach either a Senior Executive who has identified opportunities to improve the business and / or themselves or we can Coach teams, in particular; management teams. Where teams are being coached we usually aim to arrange sessions with all participants on the same day to ensure everyone is making consistent progress with the programme.
